Adyen confirms refunds asynchronously, so Postcept verifies against the HMAC-signed REFUND webhooks it ingests, proof the refund actually cleared, not just that it was requested.
What Postcept verifies

- SucceededThe notification's success flag is true.
Signed receipt
Each verified refund produces a Postcept Receipt, tamper-evident proof of what was checked in Adyen, that anyone can verify against a published key.
